Collectors Factory is a community built to help you understand what your cards are worth and find a deal that works for you. We bring market price references, real card listings, and collector conversations together so you can compare both sides before you commit.

What you can do

Create an account, upload card photos, publish listings, save favorites, and keep a private collection. Your dashboard brings together incoming and outgoing offers, listing status, and private conversations with the other collector.

Seller fees

Our marketplace commission is 10% of the final card sale price, deducted from connected sellers’ proceeds. Shipping is excluded and Stripe processing fees are separate. Read the seller fee terms before listing.

Offers and payments

Submitting or accepting an offer does not charge you. Cash purchases use Stripe checkout when the seller’s payment account is ready. A card is reserved during checkout and removed from the active marketplace once Stripe confirms payment. Sellers without a connected payment account can receive offers, but cannot accept checkout payments yet.

You can include multiple cards and optional cash in an offer. Card trades require both collectors to agree on shipping and fulfillment; they do not use the cash checkout flow. Collectors Factory does not provide escrow or authenticate seller inventory.

Delivery and order help

Checkout currently shows the seller’s stated shipping charge for U.S. delivery. Live USPS rates and label purchases are still being connected. After payment, the seller can record USPS tracking, and the buyer can confirm receipt after inspecting the card. Both collectors can add private order comments or report a problem. An issue is a support record, not an automatic refund or a hold on seller funds.

For help with an order, include its reference in a message to Collectors Factory support. Keep photos, packaging, and tracking records. Refunds and payment disputes require review; contact your card issuer when appropriate.

Market pricing

Compare Pokémon price references from TCGplayer and Cardmarket through TCGdex. TCGplayer Market Price is based on recent completed sales. We display provider price summaries, not individual sold-transaction records, and do not claim a verified transaction count. Results identify their source, variant, and update time. Euro references are converted using the current Coinbase EUR/USD rate, refreshed every minute. Market coverage and update frequency vary; prices are not adjusted for your card’s condition or professional grade. Confirm the exact edition and printing before relying on a reference.

Your information

Supabase stores accounts, listings, collections, offers, and messages. Cloudflare hosts the site, Resend delivers account emails, and Stripe processes payments. Listing photos and display names are public. Collections and saved cards are private to your account; offer and order conversations are visible to their participants. Shipping addresses are shared with the order’s buyer and seller. Site administrators can access records to operate the service.

After 90 days without account activity, active listings are paused. Returning to your account restores listings paused for inactivity when they are still available. Your account and transaction records are retained.

Collect with care

Sellers provide listing details and condition claims. Review the actual photos, ask questions, and keep payment information out of messages. Home-page photos show cards from our own collection; availability appears in each listing.
